How much do meal plans cost?

Meals range in price from $11.99 to $15.99 (small to large options available)

Do I need to get a subscription?

No. Meals can be purchased A La Carte ($50.00 minimum order). Subscription Plans are available.

Is there a deadline for ordering?

Yes, please order by Tuesday at 11:59pm for Saturday’s meals.

How often am I charged for my meals?

Meals are charged weekly if you’re on a subscription plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

+

Log in to your online portal and click cancel.

Can I skip a week?

Yes. Simply log into your account and skip the week you need to.

So many great options! Can I add more meals to my plan this week?

Yes.

Do I have to order every week?

No. Order as you need. If you’re on the subscription plan, you can skip weeks.

What forms of payment do you accept?

MEALS

How do I heat up my meals?

Open the lid slightly before heating up in the microwave. Heat for 1.5-2 minutes or until hot.

How many servings per meal?

Meals serve one person. We have small & large options available to fit your serving needs.

Do the meals have use-by dates?

Yes.

Can I freeze my meals?

Yes. Meals can be frozen for up to 3 months. We do not recommend freezing, unfreezing, then freezing again.

Are your meals gluten free?

We strive to produce most of our meals gluten free. A “GF” signal will be indicated on meals that are gluten-free.

Where can I find my meals nutritional values?

Nutritional values can be found in the description section of each menu item.

PICK-UP

Where is the pick-up location?

Pick-up at the Uptown Farmer’s Market on Saturday’s (5757 North Central, Phoenix AZ 85012).

What time can I pick-up?

Between 7am-11am

What if I can’t make it to the location in time?

Let us know as soon as possible, you might be able to pick at our nearby kitchen facility.
